ORDERS

KONDIMENT offers for sale products that are available in stock. Please be aware that occasionally certain products with particularly high demand will be sold in a fairly short period of time.

The delivery of orders is free of charge by fast courier – FAN Courier for orders in Romania and TNT for international orders – or they can be picked up from BIEN SAVVY headquarters in Constantin D. Stahi no. 9, sector 1 Bucharest, Romania. For products shipped internationally by courier, each product has a different delivery fee, depending on the weight and location of the client.

If there are price increases imposed by the courier company, the delivery tariffs will be increased without notice. BIEN SAVVY does not assume responsibility for the condition of the products after they have been handed over to the courier.

If the courier does not find anyone at the destination and fails to hand over the package, the order will return to the headquarters. In order to try another shipment, the recipient undertakes to pay the fees for both shipments.

For products available in stock, delivery time varies between 1 and 3 days. For custom made products the delivery time varies depending on the difficulty of each order, but we do our best to make your dress arrive in time for your event.

The delivery time will be communicated upon the telephone confirmation of the order dispatch by KONDIMENT sales consultants. The delivery time of the product will be the one agreed by you, written in the order and on the proforma invoice, but not exceeding 60 days from the receipt of the order.

Any order is subject to a further check of the availability of the products in stock. KONDIMENT tries to keep as much as possible a real-time correspondence between the stock and the products present on the site.

The reception of the products represents the customer’s acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and the proof is represented by the customer’s signature on the legal tax documents. Upon delivery, please make sure that the product is packaged, upright and accompanied by the tax invoice. Any subsequent complaint is out of KONDIMENT’s area of responsibility. The invoice is a sale/purchase contract according to the Romanian legislation in force. The customer expressly agrees to the signing of the package accompanying document regarding the fact that he/she has received the product/products that are in accordance with the order and its needs.

KONDIMENT reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of KONDIMENT which include Fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other major force impediments according to the customs of Romanian law.

PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Payment for ordered products and payment methods The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise delivery will not be made. KONDIMENT reserves the right in certain cases to request payment of the products in advance. The advance payment can be made by payment order; the proof of payment must be sent to KONDIMENT at the e-mail address office@BIENSAVVY.eu. Delivery will be made only after the money has been entered into the KONDIMENT account.

Payment methods.

Online payment by card. Payment can be made through the secure online payment system “mobilpay” or “paypal”. Your card data and the personal information required for payment are not viewed or stored in any way by the website www.BIENSAVVY.EU

KONDIMENT does not store your personal data, account or card used in conducting an online transaction.

Online card payments are carried out using 3D secure technology that guarantees payment to the highest security standards.

The delivery will be made only after the confirmation of the cash in the KONDIMENT account.
