Order

How can I order the evening dress/wedding dress online?

If you cannot reach to a sample session at our headquarter, you can order your desired dress on www.biensavvy.EU, our online store. Online, you can use the available filters to customize the shopping session and you can sort BIEN SAVVY dresses according to size, color, line, occasion, price, and collection.

To order the evening dress or the wedding dress BIEN SAVVY online, you have to go to the desired product page, select the size, color, and number of pieces and then add the product to the cart. If the desired measure is not available, you can choose the Custom orders service. To make sure that the chosen measure is the one that suits you, see the Size Guide table, available in the description of each product in the form of a link.

In the shopping cart, you can see the product/products you want to order. In this section you can modify your order by changing the size, color, or number of products. To complete your order you have to click the Checkout button. Register on www.biensavvy.eu to join the Community of stylish women who wear BIEN SAVVY or choose the login option if you already have an account. Fill in the fields with the information indicated and operate the payment indicated on the secure payments MobilPay platform.

Click on the desired product to see specific details and more pictures. Select quantity, size and color then click the Add to Shopping Bag button. Click the Size Guide link to see what size will fit you best.

You can review your order by checking the Shopping Bag. Here you can add more styles, change your size, color or remove items. Finalize your order by clicking the Proceed to Checkout button. Register with Bien Savvy or login to your account. Complete requested fields and proceed to send in your payment.

Can I send my order in gift packaging?

Sure. Please specify this in the Observations field on the Checkout page.

How do I know if my order has been registered?

Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from BIEN SAVVY. Please also check spam or junk folders if you cannot find our email in the inbox.

SIZING

What measures are available in the BIEN SAVVY online store?

BIEN SAVVY evening and wedding dresses are available in sizes 36 – 46 (Europe) / 4 – 14 (US) / 8 – 16 (UK) For measures 46+, an additional 10% charge is added to the original order value.

For a dress created specifically for your body, you can choose the service Sur Measure / Custom made.

What is the Custom-made Service?

It is an exclusive service, created specifically to meet your desires and needs. By choosing the Custom made / Custom made service you will enjoy a BIEN SAVVY outfit, perfectly adapted and suitable for your body.

Custom-made orders service makes the most beautiful dresses to be created according to your shapes, silhouette, and measures to highlight your strengths and emphasize your beauty and femininity. To create the perfect dress for you, we will need your height, bra cup size, waist size, hip, and dress length. Please note that the Sur Measure / Custom-made dresses cannot be returned.

Payment

How do I pay?

Payment of the products ordered from the online store BIEN SAVVY can be made in 2 ways:

Online payment by card. The transaction is processed by a third-party company “MobilPay” or Paypal specializing in secure online payments. Your card data as well as the personal information required for payment are not viewed or stored in any way by the www.biensavvy.eu website Payment by payment order/bank transfer to KONDIMENT account.

Delivery will be made only after the confirmation of receipt of the money in the KONDIMENT account.

The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise, delivery will not be made. Payment of the products ordered from the online shop biensavvy.eu according to the terms and conditions of BIEN SAVVY can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products.

BIEN SAVVY reserves the right in certain cases to require payment of the products in advance. The advance payment can be made by payment order; the proof of payment must be sent to BIEN SAVVY at the e-mail address office@biensavvy.eu.

Shipping

What happens if I want to order a dress and do not live in Romania?

BIEN SAVVY dresses are delivered throughout Romania and all corners of the world. For international orders, please write to us at office@biensavvy.eu

What is the shipping cost for my order?

The delivery of orders is free of charge by fast courier – FAN Courier for orders in Romania and by TNT for international orders – or they can be picked up from BIEN SAVVY headquarters in Romania. For products shipped internationally by courier, each product has a delivery charge, depending on weight and location.

Can I order on weekends or non-working days?

BIEN SAVVY dresses can be ordered anytime and are delivered from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 am – 5:30 pm.

How long will I get my order?

For products available in stock, delivery time varies between 1 and 3 days. For custom-made orders / custom-made products, the delivery time varies depending on the difficulty of each order, but we do our best to make your dress arrive on time for your event.

Returns

How can I return a dress?

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 10 working days of receipt. Please send us an email at office@biensavvy.eu before returning a dress.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

Please take into account the order must be returned to BIEN SAVVY, Str Constantin Stahi nr 9, Bucuresti Romania. The cost of the return is your responsibility.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice, after we also received the product/s returned. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Sur Mesure dresses cannot be returned.
