DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
The delivery is free for orders made on the territory of Romania and is made through FAN Courier. For international orders, the delivery is made via TNT, so the costs of delivery may be different, depending on the location and weight of the product/products.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, for orders in Romania will be honoured in 48h to 72h (as soon as possible) and for international orders it can take up to a few days. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
The customer can return the product(s) within 14 days, in writing, by email to office@BIENSAVVY.eu, only if the product(s) are in perfect condition, including the packaging, accessories and related consumables - in the form in which it was delivered.
If the product is returned in a state where it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee for the return to the initial stage (if possible). If the product shows traces of use and can no longer be sold, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the product will be reshipped to the customer at his expense.
This clause applies according to OG 130/2000, in case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OG 130/200 Art. 2 letter.
For the intention of returning an order Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the information provided at the time of placing the order: Order ID, name, address, email, phone number, product code, and product price.
You will receive a confirmation via email within 48 hours and you will receive the return authorization along with the details of the return process. The customer will bear the cost of return transportation. For national orders please return by FAN Courier and for international orders, we advise you to return the products via TNT or DHL.

The returned products must be sent to the address – Painter Constantin D. Str Stahi no. 9, sector 1 Bucharest, Romania.
The products are to be returned within 14 days from receiving the order. If this period is exceeded, we may not return the amount of money.
Custom made products, created according to customers' requests, cannot be returned!
Products that are not available in stock, but are ordered by the customer, can not be returned, being considered custom made products.
The return of products is subject to this law only for products that are delivered to customers by fast courier. Orders that were picked up from KONDIMENT headquarters or transported by KONDIMENT directly to customers through its own staff are not considered distance contract trade, but sale through specialized stores, as they can be viewed, verified and accepted personally, as well as corresponding to the purpose and needs of the customer.
KONDIMENT will return the value of the order within 30 days from the date of the written denunciation of the contract and from the receipt of the returned product. The amount returned and the conditions of return do not include transport costs. The amount returned will be transferred to the customer's account, communicated in writing to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
