KONDIMENT WORLDWIDE SRL is a personal data operator within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), based in Pictor Constantin D. Stahi street, no.9, district 1, Bucharest, registered in the Trade Register under the number J40/2418/27.02.2014, hereinafter called Kondiment.

The purpose of collecting personal data is to sell products and services on www.biensavvy.EU. (with all related activities such as order processing, delivery, payment, billing, etc.), customer service and marketing activities for www.biensavvy.eu’s own needs.

The legal grounds for the processing of this data are:

  • Performance of the contract and preliminary steps for this contract (Art. 6(1) b GDPR) – for data collected through the order form or data received as a result of customer service;
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) c GDPR) for the data required for billing
  • Consent (Article 6 (1) of the GDPR) for data used for marketing to website visitors (e.g. newsletter subscription, marketing cookies, etc.)
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR for data used for marketing for current customers (According to art. Law 506/2004 Art. 12 (2)) of www.biensavvy.EU, the security of the website www.biensavvy.EU (recital 49 GDPR) and the data used internally to optimize the website www.biensavvy.EU (and anonymised or pseudonymized, as the case may be).

www.biensavvy.eu collects personal data from its users in three ways:

  • directly from the user
  • traffic data, from the user's browser
  • through cookies.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED DIRECTLY

a1. When you access www.biensavvy.EU, when you create an account or place an order we may ask for your name, surname and/or email address, as well as other data necessary for contracting, delivery or billing.

These data are kept for a period of 3 years from the end of the contract. The invoice data is kept for 10 years.

If this data is not provided, we will be unable to fulfill your order.

a2. When you access support services we may ask you for an email address or phone number. We reserve the right to record any communication made for the support services of www.biensavvy.EU services in order to improve our services. We will inform you before the communication begins that it may be recorded.

The data is kept for a period of 3 months in order to solve your request.

This data is used, for example, for the purpose of contacting you to resolve a complaint / request of you.

We may request other data that may constitute personal data only to the extent that it is necessary for these purposes.

a3. When you make a payment. All payments are processed by our NETOPIA partner, so bank information is transmitted to them. Their personal data processing policies are available on the respective websites of these partners.

a4. When you are a job/internship applicant. We use the personal data contained in the CVs we receive to evaluate applicants’ qualifications for a position within BIEN SAVVY. We base our processing on the conclusion and execution of the agreement.

The categories of data processed in the context of our relationship with you are your name, email address, telephone, fax, as well as other personal data that you can provide directly to us.

a5. When you request the receipt of the newsletter. We may also use your contact details to provide you with electronic or paper-based offers, information, news about our products and services, but only if you have subscribed and therefore have given your express consent to such processing.

You may at any time withdraw your consent by expressing your option not to receive this information in the future by clicking on “Unsubscribe” when you receive that email or write to us at office@biensavvy.eu. The categories of data processed in the context of our relationship with you are the e-mail address, as well as other personal data that you can provide directly to us.

TRAFFIC DATA

When you visit a website, regardless of the device used, you disclose certain information about yourself, such as your address. IP, the time of your visit, the place from which you entered our websites, the pages visited on www.biensavvy.euu, like other operators, record this information for a specified period of time. Www.biensavvy.EU uses external traffic analysis services such as Google Analytics.

This data is used exclusively by www.biensavvy.EU to improve our website and services, for marketing, but also to ensure the security of our website.

A) Right of access – you can obtain from us the confirmation that we are processing your personal data, as well as information on the specifics of the processing.

B) Right to correct data – you can ask us to modify your incorrect personal data or, as the case may be, to fill in data that is incomplete.

C) The right to erasure – you can request the deletion of personal data when: (i) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected and process them; (ii) you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of the data and we can no longer process them on other legal grounds; (iii) the data is processed contrary to the law; respectively (iv) the data must be deleted in accordance with the relevant legislation.

D) Withdrawal of consent and right of opposition – you can withdraw your consent to data processing on the basis of consent at any time. You can also object at any time to processing for marketing purposes, including profiling carried out for this purpose, as well as to processing based on the legitimate interest of the company, for reasons related to your specific situation.

E) Restriction – under certain conditions you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

F) Right to data portability – insofar as we process data by automated means, you can ask us, under the law, to provide your data in a structured, frequently used and machine-readable form. If you ask us to do so, we may transmit your data to another entity, if technically possible.

G) Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – you have the right to file a complaint with the data processing supervisory authority if you believe that your rights have been violated or to file a court action:

For the exercise of these rights, you can contact us via e-mail via a request at office@biensavvy.eu. According to the GDPR, we have the obligation to respond to your request within 30 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority or to file an action in court.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects or that similarly affects you on the website www.BIENSAVVY.EU. We use visitor profiling systems of www.BIENSAVVY.EU for personalized commercial communications with them and offers sent through the site, push notifications, email or SMS, as the case may be.
